We recommend our customers to check the integrity of the packaging thoroughly when taking goods from the carrier. If the packaging is broken, do not take over the goods.

How to proceed to make a complaint:

  4. Do not send goods cash on delivery, such a parcel will not be received from us
  5. You will receive information on the course of the complaint procedure to the email when ordering goods
  6. The complaint will be settled within the shortest possible time, but up to a maximum of 30 days
